What is Collision?

Collision is “the fastest-growing tech conference in North America. Now in its fifth year, Collision has grown to over 25,000 attendees. Are you an ideal candidate?

This opportunity is available to startups with a physical headquarters in Alexandria or Arlington, Virginia. Startup guidelines include:

An early-stage startup that is less than 5 years old.
Each startup must have their own unique software product or solutions or be working on their own connected hardware spaces.
Startups must be their own independent company and not a subsidiary of a larger organization.
Startups must be launched and live with their own working website.
Ready and interested in engaging fully in the Collision events program.

What’s in it for you?

The Alexandria Economic Development Partnership (AEDP) and Arlington Economic Development (AED) will sponsor BETA-level entry ($527) and provide $750 reimbursement for eligible travel and lodging for participating startup companies, which will provide the following opportunities:

2 tickets to Collision, which includes access to all three days of the main event and the Night Summit evening events.
Exhibition space for potentially up to three days.
Opportunity to access investors, speakers, workshops, roundtables, and office hours.
Fulfillment officer to help with preparations six weeks out from the event.
Access to Collision mobile application to help you build connections prior to and during the event, and to curate your own schedule.
Eligibility to apply for additional showcase opportunities, including for the pitch stage and investor meetings.
Startup's logo and a link to Startup's website will be included on the Event website and app as a Startup exhibitor.

Having been established as one of the best hubs for tech talent, NOVA is making a concentrated effort to engage the nation with our best and brightest tech stars. Now in our fourth year attending the conference, Alexandria is collaborating with Arlington, Prince William, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership to offer the chance for local startups to apply for one of 24 fully-sponsored startup booths at the conference to showcase innovative products and services.
